Chinoiserie Chic in Florida: The Master Bedroom

Beth from Chinoiserie Chic continues her virtual renovation of this incredible historic Chinese Village home, located here in Coral Gables, Florida. Built in 1925, the one-of-a-kind, architecturally significant home has incredible bones, but it is in need of updating. And who better to update (albeit a virtual update) than Beth? I tell you, Beth is a walking encyclopedia of all things Chinoiserie Chic, and this Chinese home has her name all over it.  Today, Beth shares her vision for the master bedroom, and it is incredibly similar to the inspiration I shared recently for our white and serene master bedroom. Let's take a look!
I know The Glam Pad loves Hollywood Regency, so the master bedroom is a glamorous and serene retreat. The Chinoiserie Grace headboard, silver silk slipper chairs, silver silk tufted bench, and Palais bedside tables are all Z Gallerie and are all very well priced. The walls are painted a soft lavender. I have stained the floors a black ebony as I did in the rest of the house. A pair of antique silver leaf Chinoiserie screens are the focal point. The silver pagoda lamps are from Worlds Away. The linens are Leontine Linens. Next week we will tackle the upstairs landing.
