Palm Beach Pink, Part II

It may be Monday, but I’m still dreaming of my virtual Palm Beach getaway. On Friday, I wrote about this amazing pink home for sale, located on Palm Beach’s prestigious Seaview Avenue. I’ve been a little obsessed with Florida’s fabulous pink homes lately, and so today I bring you yet another pink Palm Beach real estate listing

258 Pendleton Avenue

This utterly charming home is located on Pendleton Avenue, just one block south and within walking distance of The Breakers The real estate listing appropriately describes this house as “oozing with old world charm and character… this five bedroom home is reminiscent of 1930s Palm Beach!” I couldn’t have said it better myself. Built 1936, this 4,180 square foot home boasts high ceilings, library, loggia, formal dining room and living room, 5.5 baths, enchanting gardens and more in a wonderful in-town location, close to the bike trail, beach and shopping. Let's peek inside!

This delightful pink champagne cocktail of a home can be yours for just $1,890,000... a bargain for pricey Palm Beach. So what are your thoughts on pink casas and castles? Would you paint your home pink? Check out this stunning “pink palace” located here in Coral Gables, and here for the Palm Beach Chic pink saltbox I featured on Friday.  Melissa from The Well Appointed Home even painted her incredible, historic home in Greenwich, Connecticut pink! I personally am a HUGE fan!!

  1. Love that they brought the pink into the interiors, thought it a bit odd the other one had no pink inside unless I totally spaced which is possible... Thx for sharing!

  6. That shade of pink works very well for this house in Palm Beach and the rooms are perfect. Somebody is going to get good value here.

  7. I've used pink accents on one of the historic Victorian homes we restored, and I remember a lovely pink historic home in Beaufort, SC that I admired every time we vacationed there. I think it can be great or disastrous!
