A Flamingo Pop Bridal Shower

Wedding season is in full swing, and I was tickled pink to find this precious flamingo inspired bridal shower that Brittany Watson Jepsen from The House that Lars Built created for BHLDN, Anthropologie's wedding site.  She was asked to design a fun and whimsical theme using some of their products, including these adorable flamingo cake toppers. Selecting a mint, coral, blush and berry pink palette, Brittany also incorporated whimsical pops of animals in every shape and form including elephant sugar holders, duck vases, praying mantis plates, and of course the flamingos. Here are some of my favorite pictures!

How cute is that duck vase on the left?!

Brittany has promised a DIY tutorial on how to create this balloon arch soon... I cannot wait!

"Natural World" praying mantis desert plates, "Old Havana" mint dinner plates, place cards

Please visit The House that Lars Built for a full list of sources and more pictures. Do you love flamingo parties as much as I do? Here is another one of my favorites, featured last year in Southern Living!

  1. Nothing beats a flamingo party, Andrea! I need to find a reason to throw one soon.

  2. That is so fabulous!! What a fun idea just gorgeous! Have a great weekend!

  3. Just lovely! I'm so enamored with the huge balloon swag!

Thank you for your lovely comments. They absolutely make my day!
