Introduced in 1938, “Christmas Tree” by Spode has graced holiday tables for more than 75 years. It is is a classic Christmas tradition, loved for its nostalgia and warm recollections of Christmases past. My mother has practically every single piece of Christmas Tree available, and so it always reminds me of her. Since we are having Christmas at our home in Florida this year, I decided this would be the time to begin my own collection. Little did I know how reasonably priced it has become!
The beauty of Christmas Tree is that it can be dressed up or down for any occasion… Pair it with your sterling silver and fine crystal for a more formal tablescape, or with stainless, some festive tartan napkins, and Spode’s Christmas Tree glasses for a more casual feel. And the best part is that today’s Christmas Tree is dishwasher safe, which makes for easy breezy clean up! Below I have compiled a few of my favorite holiday tablescapes featuring my beloved Christmas Tree…
Christmas Tree looks beautiful with Grande Baroque by Wallace… my family silver pattern!
Thank you for all of the inspiration – love the Tartan accents… and solid red with Spode's Christmas Tree… beautiful.
Merry Christmas Andrea!

LOVE the nutcracker table. That red and green cased glass stemware is marvelous looking.
It's cozy – jolly – and warm and friendly!
I love all of the ways you used Spode Christmas Tree. Thank yo for these new bright ideas. I also use it with tartan placemat boards, and I love your monographed gingham napkins. What a charming idea. I have a wonderful red tablecloth with rows of white pompoms. It certainly sets a lovely table.
Loved that you pulled so many beautiful tables featuring my very favorite Christmas dishes! And, imagine my surprise when I saw one of my tables that I had uploaded into Pinterest (toile tablecloth, tartan chargers, red plates, Spode berry dishes)! I'm so excited and flattered!
Merry Christmas!

Such a wonderful post, since I, too, have a complete set of Christmas Tree!! I am going to be pulling it out on Friday to use throughout the weekend – breakfast, lunch and formal dinners! It is only Christmas once a year! Hope you are having a lovely week celebrating the season! xoxo
