Palm Beach Chic Backyards

November 10, 2013

It is still in the 80s here in Miami, and so humid. Instead of fall sweaters, I’m wearing Lilly Pulitzer sundresses and Jack Rogers flip flops… I often forget that we are not in the middle of summer!

Here in South Florida, we have two seasons… Season (warm) and Not Season (scorching hot). “Season” is historically defined as the time between Thanksgiving and Easter, when the weather is beautiful and the Snow Birds begin to make their way down from the North. So in eager anticipation of Season, which is just around the corner, let’s enjoy some lovely Palm Beach Chic backyards and patios…

So much to love! The pools, the landscape, and blue sky! The settings were perfection.
    Enjoy the season….

Pink with envy! Looks like these would be more perfect with a flock of flamingos! That green greek key patio set is the bomb!

Wow these places are gorge! I know you mean about 2 seasons. In NY we have 4, but when I lived in Seattle I would say there are 2 seasons. The wet season with temps in the 40s and 50s and the dry season with temps in mid 60s to low 80s. Bad news the wet season is the longer season.

Lucky girl! I'll be thinking of Florida and all places warm as I bundle up and go out into the freezing Nova Scotia weather this afternoon.
