I’ve said it many times, but I’ll say it again… the best thing about blogging is the friends you make along the way, from all over the world! Yesterday, my blogger friend Zsófia Szigeti in Budapest sent me a link to this video featuring Lady Gaga’s gorgeous Manhattan apartment, featuring The Original Martinique banana leaf wallpaper. Previously inhabited by Liza Minnelli and Tony Bennett, this apartment exudes Old Hollywood Glamour…
Now back to Zsófia… My Hungarian friend reached out to me last month to let me know about her anteroom, which she had recently papered in Carleton Varney’s Brazillance wallpaper, thanks to this post I wrote on the two beautiful banana leaf wallpapers.
You can read more about “Brazillance in Budapest” here… click the “translate” button on the upper right hand corner to read in English. Thank you again, Zsófia! And click here if you are interested in learning about the difference between Carleton Varney’s Brazillance wallpaper, made famous by The Greenbrier Hotel, and the Original Martinique, which was made famous by the Beverly Hills Hotel.

What a wonderful world I tell ya. 🙂 Great story!
