These rooms are so joyous. I especially love the Arabic room with that stunning wallpaper to really set off the fabulous Moorish painting. So much attention to detail. He traverses many different time periods and cultures, but they all manage to look cohesive and not a hotch-potch or even worse too matchy-matchy. The only room that I don’t like is the dark green room with the busy carpet and chairs and deep blue curtains. I find that one overwhelming and depressing. Miles Redd is such a master of pattern.
Maximalism! Lots to love here. Fabulous rooms. Made my day.
JUST GOOD.

Miles tufted sofa wears its silk in the manner a woman might wear an elegant evening gown! Bold, sensual, and pleasing to the eye!
This issue of Veranda was fabulous and the Miles Redd piece was just one of many great features! I love it!
