If you have ever wondered what it takes to create a timeless home, look no further than this Georgian masterpiece as the perfect example. Designed by Atlanta-based Patricia McLean Interiors, this home would have been beautiful 50 years ago, it is beautiful today, and it will certainly be beautiful 50 years from now. It features exquisite hand painted wall coverings from de Gournay, fine antiques, Persian rugs, and classic curtains. There is nothing trendy about this classic home… Just pure dignified elegance. Let’s take a look inside with images from Southern Lady.

Delightful. It will never go out of style.
Thank you for a great interview. I didn’t know about her background in art but knew she was more than just a pretty face! In this article and others the Zuber wallpaper is never mentioned. I would love a post (or maybe it’s been done) on this especially since it works so well in many southern homes.
I am a huge fan of Zuber! Here are a few links to past posts…

It’s a gorgeous house, filled with many beautiful, timeless things. What it lacks, for me, is that English “indifference” that results in more comfortable upholstered furniture (most in the US would consider it saggy and worn), that gives an English house with even finer things, that incredible livability.
Yes I agree with you.
Just gorgeous! As l devour every detail in every room my only regret is that a room is never shown all the way around. I’d love to ALL of that yummy living room!
You are correct; it is timeless.
