Did you hear that the Designing Women house is on the market? As a Southerner and child of the 80’s, this television series will always hold a special place in my heart. How much fun would it be to restore this historic home? You can see the listing here… (it is actually in Little Rock, Arkansas!)
I am a huge fan of auctions, and I got a little giddy when Gaye from Little Augury reported that Charlton Hall will be auctioning pieces from the collection of Arturo Peralta-Ramos, the son of Millicent Rogers. Within the collection, there are a number of pieces of furniture and decorative pieces that once belonged to his mother. The auction will be held March 2, and you can learn more here.
Speaking of fabulous books available for pre-order, Meg Braff, one of my all-time favorite interior designers, is releasing her first book, The Decorated Home: Living with Style and Joy, in April. I can hardly wait! More later…
Lastly, I’d like to thank my fabulous renewing sponsors, Best Prices for Furniture, JingleNog, and Annechovie…

Great post!
