When it comes to decorating for the holidays, why not include a little Christmas cheer in the kitchen? The kitchen plays such an integral role in holiday preparation and entertaining, so today I am sharing 35+ inspirational images. I’m also delighted that Alison from Cattlebaron in Cashmere @cattlebaronincashmere is revealing over 55 fabulous ideas for holiday hostess gifts as part of her special gift guide series for The Glam Pad. “When you go to someone’s home, always always always take something with you! Your hostess has worked behind the scenes to ensure that you’ve had a wonderful experience in her home, so make sure that you reciprocate in kind,” says Alison. We will begin with kitchens first, followed by Alison’s gift ideas… Enjoy!

Hi Marisa,
Thank you so much, I have made the note!
All the best,

Wonderful post!
Okay – I’m going to be an old poop, but all that greenery around stoves/hoods is insane! Garlands dry out very quickly, and it would not take but one small spark to end up with a “forest fire” in one’s kitchen. Sinks? Okay, but not around hoods or close to anywhere there is cooking going on.
Smokey-the-Bear, thanks you for considering this advice!
