There are so many talented Australian interior designers, and I was delighted to receive a copy of the recently released book, Australian Designers at Home. Australian Designers at Home provides access to the private retreats of 20 of the country’s leading names in interior design, including Cameron Kimber who is one of my favorites! Author Jenny Rose-Innes celebrates the designers who have inspired her, sharing their histories and houses as well as professional insights and practical tips on decorating. Jenny also happens to live in an incredibly beautiful home herself, which was not published in the book, but I enjoy catching glimpses via her popular Instagram account. Today I’m sharing some book highlights along with pictures from Jenny’s very own home, located in the Australian countryside!

Australian Designers at Home features the work of designers Heidi Bowman, Adelaide Bragg, Barb Brownlow, Lisa Burdus, Charlotte Coote, Briony Fitzgerald, Darryl Gordon, Iain Halliday, Thomas Hamel, Walter Herman, Cornelius Horgan, Lynda Kerry, Cameron Kimber, Michael Love, Christian Lyon, Marco Meneguzzi, Robbie Nicol, Blainey North, Ros Palmer, and Anna Spiro with photography by Simon Griffiths. It is available for purchase in the U.S. via Amazon.
Love the book, but especially appreciated all the collected images of the author’s home – one of my favorites in Instagram!
Great post!
I am enjoyed the lovely homes featured in the book too- but I will say that the most beautiful home ( and photos) are of Jenny’s own home!
Too bad that those photos aren’t in the book.
Great, enjoyable post; thank you!
