Palm Beach Perfection on Pendleton

My favorite thing about living in Miami is that it is so close to Palm Beach, and one of these days we would love to have a little weekend home there. In the meantime, I stalk the MLS. My latest find is this British Colonial style home built in 1931 by society architect Gustav Maas.

This charming home is located in-town on charming Pendleton Avenue and features 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and 4,462 square feet renovated and decorated to perfection. You can read more about it here.

UPDATE: I was thrilled to learn that this home was decorated by none other than the renowned Palm Beach decorator, Leta Austin Foster. You can see the magazine quality shots over at The Foo Dog Blog.

Thank you for your lovely comments. They absolutely make my day!
