The May issue of Traditional Home arrived yesterday, and I quickly fell in love with this glamorous Dallas home designed by Michelle Nussbaumer. Homeowner and Francophile Robin Wilkes wanted her modest ranch-style home “to feel like a little French apartment.” She adores travel, haute couture, and art – both new abstracts and old oil paintings. Nussbaumer combined all of these elements, along with antiques and glamorous furniture and items from the 1930s and ’40s, to infuse a bit of Paris Past. Ooh la la, this home is très chic!
Magnifique! To see more of this elegant home along with sources, please visit Traditional Home. Photography by Nathan Schroder. More of Michelle Nussbaumer’s exquisite work can be enjoyed via her recently released book Wanderlust: Interiors That Bring the World Home.

What a doll house!
The pastel walls are so pretty!
Wow. This is dream house. Thanks for sharing Andrea! Love the patterns, the golds and the details. Do you know where the mirror is from? it’s so pretty! 🙂
Which mirror?
XOXO,

The rectangle one? 🙂
I don’t see it listed in the sources, but it looks antique to me.

All the pictures are amazing in this blog. My friend live in Texas and when I met with him at his home which was really an awesome. The interior of the hall is really fabulous. After viewing that pictures, I remembered his house.
Is it possible to get the paint color/info for the front door? I tried to click through to Traditional Home but just get an error message.
Thanks-
