Patricia Altschul’s Needlepoint Colab, Fromental’s Papier Chinois Collection, and Birmingham’s Antiques at the Gardens

Welcome to TGP Tidbits where we round up the happenings and our musings of the design industry each week. This week we take a look at Patricia Altschul’s needlepoint collaboration with Furbish, Fromental’s Papier Chinois Collection, and Birmingham’s Antiques at the Gardens. Written by Natalie Aldridge.

Patricia Altschul x Furbish

At The Glam Pad, we have long adored Patricia Altschul, the Charleston grande dame, Southern Charm matriarch, and eternal arbiter of wit and elegance. Whether presiding over her storied Greek Revival mansion or serving martinis in a caftan with a pug at her side, Patricia embodies the art of living beautifully with a raised eyebrow and a perfect one-liner.

Her new collaboration with Furbish Studio captures that irresistible spirit in a collection of cheeky needlepoint pillows that balance Southern refinement with playful irreverence. These needlepoint charmers bring instant personality to any room. They are conversation starters, mood lifters, and, in true Patricia fashion, a reminder that interiors should always be as spirited as their owners.

Fromental’s Papier Chinois Collection

At The Glam Pad, we can never resist the allure of Chinoiserie. Few names embody its artistry quite like Fromental, the London-based luxury wallpaper house known for their hand-painted silk masterpieces that grace some of the most exquisite interiors around the world. This September, Fromental celebrates its 20th anniversary with a groundbreaking launch that has the design world buzzing: Papier Chinois.

For the first time, Fromental is making its signature Chinoiserie accessible through innovative digital printing. The collection reimagines five beloved patterns, Bambois, Florent, Rocaille, and Peter Rabbit, with the addition of Millefleurs, a fresh design inspired by the lush intricacy of antique tapestries. Each printed panel preserves the artistry and detail of originals that can take up to 50 hours to hand-paint These beautiful papers have a far shorter lead time of 4–6 weeks compared to the 12+ weeks required for bespoke versions and are available at a much better price point.

The Papier Chinois debut also ushers in Fromental’s brand-new e-commerce platform, complete with roll calculators, video installation guides, and groundbreaking AR technology that allows you to animate the Millefleurs wallpaper once installed in your space. It’s a pivotal moment for the brand and for the industry, marrying twenty years of tradition with innovation that makes their artistry more accessible than ever. From hand-painted silks to digitally rendered jewels, Fromental continues to prove that Chinoiserie is not just a decorative style, but a living art form for today.

The full collection can be viewed here!

Birmingham’s Antiques at the Gardens

Every autumn, Birmingham Botanical Gardens transforms into a veritable Eden of antiques, design, and inspiration. Antiques at the Gardens has become one of the South’s most anticipated events, drawing tastemakers and treasure hunters alike to wander beneath the oaks in search of heirlooms, objets d’art, and design wisdom. Now in its 18th year, the show continues to be a highlight with its seamless marriage of horticulture and high style.

This year’s edition has an incredible roster of exhibitors offering everything from fine furniture and silver to vintage jewelry, textiles, and garden accents. Interwoven throughout the weekend are lectures and conversations with celebrated designers, architects, and floral artists, ensuring the event is as enriching intellectually as it is aesthetically.

Some of the much anticipated events this weekend include talks with Thomas O’Brien and Katie Ridder, Jane Scott Hodges, and Martyn Lawrence Bullard. On Saturday, our friend Rudy Saunders will be hosting Stitch with Rudy Saunders: Needlepoint with Friends, a delightful morning workshop complete with a needlepoint kit, muffins, and mimosas. Could there be a chicer way to start the day?

But perhaps the true beauty of Antiques at the Gardens is the setting itself and to be reminded that antiques are not relics but living pieces of history that flourish in dialogue with the present. With proceeds benefiting the Friends of Birmingham Botanical Gardens, the event also ensures that this unique cultural and natural treasure continues to thrive for generations.

If you are in Birmingham, be sure to visit this weekend. Antiques at the Gardens is a wonderful show, not to be missed. Tickets can be purchased here!

Style Profile: Design by Tula

By Micah Hanvey

Inspired by design and architecture from both the past and present, Tula Summerford, founder of Design by Tula, is known for creating rooms that are richly layered with vibrant color, patterned fabrics, and treasured objects from around the world. Her curiosity in architecture and design blossomed at an early age with a desire to constantly rearrange her childhood home. With over thirty years of textile and design experience, Tula’s innate aesthetic sensibilities, love of pattern, and keen attention to detail result in a variety of interiors that are distinctive of her vision and unique to each client’s personal style.

We are delighted to welcome Tula to The Glam Pad today for a Style Profile Q&A and a peek through her exquisite portfolio! Welcome, Tula!

Q: What designers inspire you?

A: I’m particularly inspired by Jean Louis Deniot. His ability to blend textures and styles with such timeless elegance really speaks to me.

Q: When and how did you first become interested in interior design?

A: My interest began early- I was always rearranging my bedroom and experimenting with the rooms in my parents’ home. That passion naturally led me to study at The Fashion Institute of Technology to pursue interior design professionally.

Q: What upcoming projects are you excited about?

A: I’m really looking forward to designing an Emerald Room for the Kips Bay Showhouse in Dallas. It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore new ideas and create something truly unique.

Q: How do you like to spend your free time?

A: Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, Pilates, and yoga to stay active. I also love playing Mahjong—it’s a wonderful way to unwind!

Q: What is your favorite house you’ve designed, and why?

A: Earlier this year, I completed the redesign of a historic 1893 home. The client gave me complete creative freedom, allowing me to incorporate exceptional textiles, distinctive art pieces, and curated furnishings from around the world. Seeing the project come together so beautifully was incredibly rewarding.

Q: Which room do you enjoy designing the most or find the easiest, and why?

A: Dining rooms are my favorite to design because they come naturally to me. I often start with a standout fabric or wallpaper and let the rest of the design evolve from there. With just a few key pieces, the space feels complete and inviting.

Marie Antoinette Madness: Manolo Blahnik’s Marie Antoinette Collection, Marie Antoinette for Ladurée, and Inside Marie Antoinette Style

Welcome to TGP Tidbits where we round up the happenings and our musings of the design industry each week. This week we take a look at Manolo Blahnik’s Marie Antoinette Collection, Marie Antoinette for Ladurée, and Inside Marie Antoinette Style. Written by Natalie Aldridge.

Manolo Blahnik’s Marie Antoinette Collection

If there were ever a designer destined to bring Versailles to our wardrobes, it would be Manolo Blahnik. The legendary shoemaker has unveiled a new capsule collection inspired by none other than the queen herself, Marie Antoinette, and the result is as decadent as a macaron tower at Ladurée.

This collection is more than a whimsical flirtation with history. Blahnik has long been enamored with the doomed queen, studying her portraits, interiors, and every ribboned shoe that once graced her gilded feet. Now, in honor of the V&A’s exhibition Marie Antoinette Style, he has distilled that romance into wearable works of art: heels wrapped in pastel silk, adorned with bows and corset lacing, pleated like pannier skirts, and embroidered with blossoms worthy of the Petit Trianon gardens.

The collection feels like a natural evolution, as Blahnik famously designed the unforgettable shoes for Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette. Yet for all their rococo detailing, these are not costumes. Each silhouette has been refined with Blahnik’s masterful balance and scale, ensuring the shoes feel as relevant on today’s streets as they would under the chandeliers of Versailles. It is courtly grandeur reimagined for the modern woman, a marriage of fantasy and function that only Manolo could achieve.

Like Antoinette herself, the shoes invite both delight and drama. They ask us to revel in beauty, to indulge in the extraordinary, and to step, quite literally, into a story. And in a world that often favors the understated, Blahnik reminds us that there is still room for powder-puff pastels, satin bows, and a touch of royalty.

I, for one, am dying to get my hands on a pair. Talk about dream shoes! The collection can be found here.

Marie Antoinette for Ladurée

Speaking of a Ladurée macaron tower… As if we needed another reason to indulge in pastel confections, Ladurée has teamed up with the Victoria and Albert Museum in honor of the Marie Antoinette Style exhibition. Launching Launched this week on September 24th, this limited-edition macaron gift box pays homage to Marie Antoinette, the French queen who redefined fashion, elegance, and decadence in equal measure.

Inspired by fabrics and other treasures in the V&A collection, the box itself is a work of art. Inside, Ladurée’s signature macarons are a confectionary nod to Versailles. Adding to the decadence, the exhibition features a spectacular full-scale reconstruction of the pièce montée from Sofia Coppola’s cult-classic film Marie Antoinette, ensuring that both sweets and style take center stage.

It’s a collaboration that feels as inevitable as it is irresistible. Confections for your table, and a celebration of the queen who continues to inspire beauty in every medium. And even if you do not have a sweet tooth, the box alone is worth collecting. This limited edition box is now available in the UK here.

Inside Marie Antoinette Style

Last weekend, I had the great pleasure of visiting the Marie Antoinette Style exhibition at the V&A, and it was nothing short of a Versailles daydream.

The exhibition, open through March 22nd, 2026, is the first of its kind, dedicated entirely to the queen who has left an indelible mark on culture, fashion, interiors, and beyond. From the moment you enter, you feel transported into Marie Antoinette’s world. Gowns of impossible silk, jewels that glitter, and even her own slippers are displayed with all the pomp of a royal fête.

There is much to marvel at: Beth Katleman’s enchanting porcelain installation, furniture from the Petit Trianon, a legendary pearl and diamond pendant that once sold for a staggering $36 million, handwritten letters that reveal the woman behind the legend, and much more.

What struck me most was how the exhibition captures not only Antoinette’s image but also the depth of her enduring influence. Dior, Chanel, and Vivienne Westwood stand alongside 18th-century gowns, proving that her style still reigns supreme centuries later. Wandering through the softly lit, perfumed galleries felt like drifting through the Petit Trianon itself, each artifact a whisper from another time.

And how fitting that this moment arrives alongside Manolo Blahnik’s ravishing capsule and Ladurée’s macaron tribute. Shoes, sweets, and an exhibition that bring it all to life. Marie Antoinette is having her moment once again, and we are here for it all!

If you plan to visit the exhibition, make sure to book well in advance, or consider becoming a member. Tickets are selling out fast!

An 18th Century-Inspired Conservatory Addition for a Classic Home

Located in the historic Indian Hills community of Louisville Kentucky, designer Francoise Murphy‘s client had a vision for her family’s classic home. It was a dream that would celebrate family by showcasing her mother’s most-loved antiques. Inspired by 18th century English conservatories and orangeries, Francoise Murphy Interiors worked with architect Chip North of Northdwell Fine Residences and builder Samuel Graham of Graham Design Build to create a deeply personal addition to the home that will be lived in and loved for many years to come.

The team created a beautiful, yet functional, addition consisting of new living and dining areas. The space is elegant, but not overly precious, with herringbone brick floor that adds a laid back feeling perfect for the family of four. The wife’s blue and white china comes to life in her mother’s antique cabinet against a bright green backdrop, and her majolica collection is scattered throughout the addition.

“It surprises me how one space can serve two distinct functions (living and dining) so effortlessly,” said Murphy. “It’s not unusual to see the husband walking through in ski boots trying to break them in or the dog coming in after a romp through the garden.”

The Lee Jofa Hollyhock armchair was the inspiration for the color palette in the room (including the fireplace). There are six different Farrow and Ball colors in this room alone. All interior framing and trim work is custom, along with a custom Rumford-style working fireplace, inspired by the simplicity of an 18th century American mantel.

The framed tulip prints are from an antique tulip book that the client found while visiting the tulip festival in the Netherlands.

A European-inspired Sarafina chandelier from Colleen and Company hangs over an antique table sourced from McGrath II studio shop.

Unlacquared brass door fixtures are from Classic Brass. Hidden pockets above custom windows house and hide retractable insect screens, and Indian chik blinds adorn the eight pushout casement windows.

Fran and team seized the opportunity to expand the client’s Primary bath while building the addition. Beautiful Hinson wallpaper lends to a soft backdrop in the charming primary bath. The custom “furniture-like” vanity and linen cabinet add a cottage feel while the custom colored soaking tub offers the perfect respite after a long day. Marble tiles are laid in a herringbone pattern and brass waterworks fixtures are found on the bath and shower.

Exterior details include French pushout casement windows and Sweet oeil-de-boeuf (aka bull’s eye) window, which add charm and interest. Timeless copper gutters and a chimney cap will perfectly patina over time, and a Bluestone patio creates the perfect outdoor living space.

“There is nothing more gratifying than giving life to an old home,” said Fran. “So it is with this special project. My client’s mother had a wish for her daughter, and her daughter’s home and I was honored to help bring it to life alongside a very talented team.”

Secrets of a Stylist: Behind the Scenes with Kimberly Power

Kimberly Power, the founder and creative force behind Kimberly Power Creative, is redefining the art of visual storytelling through her distinctive approach to interior styling, art direction, and book development. With an eye for detail and a refined sense of beauty, Kimberly leads her boutique agency with a painter’s precision and a storyteller’s soul.

“I’ve always been creative,” Kimberly says. “As a child, I was putting on plays, writing songs, drawing—creating was my way of expressing myself. So was changing my outfit five times a day,” she laughs.

Kimberly Power’s Studio

That passion led her to the American University of Rome, where she studied communications with a focus on film and photography. It was there that visual storytelling truly clicked. “It’s always been about showing people how I see the world—what beauty looks like through my lens.” And styling? That came naturally. “Looking back, I was always rearranging spaces, styling coffee tables and bookshelves—it’s in my DNA.”

Whether she’s sourcing florals that capture the mood of a story or building layered, inspired mood boards, Kimberly’s process is grounded in intention and artistry. Her creative direction transforms spaces and narratives alike—celebrating form, feeling, and the finer details that make a lasting impression.

Moodboard by Kimberly Power

We are delighted to welcome Kimberly to The Glam Pad today, as she shares a behind-the-scenes glimpse into her beautifully curated world and a sampling of her most impressive portfolio… Welcome, Kimberly!

Q:  Tell us about a “typical” day in your life?

A:  There’s really no such thing as a “typical” day in my world—and that’s part of what I love about this work. If I’m on a shoot, the prep starts well before the day itself: sourcing pieces, pulling references, packing props, and driving to the flower market during sunrise. On shoot days, I’m styling everything from tabletops to rooms, making sure every detail feels effortless.

On quieter days—especially when I’m deep into book work—you’ll find me at my computer, immersed in curating images, mapping out layouts, or designing spreads. I’m learning to carve out quiet time for myself too—that’s a work in progress!

Q:  How do you go about styling for a photo shoot to ensure picture perfect results?

A:  It all starts with the client. Understanding where the photos will ultimately live—whether that’s in a book, a portfolio, a magazine, or online—is essential. That destination informs every decision we make. Each project is unique, so we begin by asking the right questions: What’s the story we’re trying to tell? What elements bring the space to life? Sometimes it’s florals, other times it’s a beautifully imperfect living room.

We aim to create scenes that feel intentional but lived-in—never overly staged. The best photos evoke a sense of real life, of paused moments. At the heart of it, my goal is to style spaces that don’t just look beautiful, but feel authentic. And I love learning which pieces are meaningful to the client so I can weave them into the narrative. Those personal touches make all the difference.

But the real key to picture perfect results is collaboration. I want to hear everyone’s ideas. I call it “kissing a lot of toads”—you try everything, even if it seems off at first, because you just might be surprised. Sometimes the thing you didn’t expect ends up being the magic.

Q:  We’d also love to know more about your “behind the scenes” work when it comes to art direction, graphic design, and books.

A:   It’s all about storytelling. Which images best tell the narrative? In what sequence? What fonts and graphic elements echo the mood and sensibility of the interiors themselves? Each book is a puzzle, and every design choice—no matter how small—helps bring the vision to life cohesively yet beautifully.

In all the work I do – whether a shoot, a book, a layout, a flatlay —they are all puzzles — taking elements that feel disparate and putting them together in a beautiful way.

Q:  What were some of the greatest lessons you learned while working with design legend Charlotte Moss?

A:  Too many to count! My complete education in interior design goes without saying, but a few stand out as especially formative. Her background in marketing shaped the way I think about storytelling. With Charlotte, it’s never just about the project at hand. It’s: How do we position this in a new, thoughtful way? What are the broader takeaways? What can we create to extend its reach or deepen its impact? She brings a strategic lens to everything, always pushing for innovation and clarity.

Her depth of historical reference is unmatched and serves as a powerful reminder to stay curious and keep my eyes open. To read more, research, look deeper, find creative endeavors that feed your soul—because inevitably, they’ll always feed your work.

And then there are her mantras—one of my favorites being “Lipstick and earrings.” It’s her shorthand for refinement: the final layer, the finishing touch, the care taken in even the smallest detail. That phrase stays with me. It’s a reminder to always elevate, to present with intention, and to never underestimate the power of polish.

My favorite part about working on a book is brainstorming unique ways to showcase the subject matter. For the openers in Charlotte Moss Entertains we hand selected her own plates and tablecloths that spoke to each chapter. The result is bold, graphic, and beautiful.

“Objects passed down through generations bring warmth and personality into a home,” said Kimberly. “I love learning about people through the objects they collect. In Charlotte’s dining room, she has a cabinet that houses her blue and white porcelain, Imari, and majolica—each piece with its own story. These are the personal details that make photographs sing.” Photography by Brittany Ambridge

Q:  How do you describe your design aesthetic, and where do you find inspiration?

A:   My aesthetic is layered and thoughtful, maximal—classic with a touch of whimsy. But I do yearn for paired down white rooms and minimal decor. Inspiration comes from everywhere. I collect old World of Interiors magazines, I adore Irving Penn’s photography, and I never leave a museum without grabbing postcards to pin on my mood board. Books, magazines, the flower market—they’re all endless sources of inspiration and ideas.

Q:  Can you share what technology/tools you use to create your beautiful moodboard collages?

A:  It all started from collecting scraps—fabrics, vintage photos, postcards—that inspired me. One day I sat down and arranged them into a collage and something just clicked. There’s something very tactile and personal about creating each board. I’ve done some for two very special books coming out, so stay tuned!

Q:  What career advice would you give to someone interested in pursuing stying and/or graphic/artistic work within the world of interior design?

A:  Say yes to everything at first. You won’t know what you love—or don’t—until you’ve tried it all. A photographer once asked me, “What kind of stylist do you want to be?” That question stuck with me. And you don’t need an immediate answer—just keep showing up and eventually, it becomes clear.

Q:  What do you enjoy doing in your time away from work?

A:   My family and I just bought a house upstate and I try to get up there as often as I can. That and gardening or arranging flowers is how I truly relax, but wandering through museums and visiting historic houses is high on the list. Personally, I read and write constantly—it helps fuel my curiosity and keeps the creative fire alive.

Kathy Hilton’s Chairish Tag Sale, Tuckernuck’s Charming New York Boutique, and London’s Focus/25

Welcome to TGP Tidbits where we round up the happenings and our musings of the design industry each week. This week we take a look at Kathy Hilton’s Chairish Tag Sale, London’s Focus/25, and Tuckernuck’s New York boutique. Written by Natalie Aldridge.

Kathy Hilton’s Chairish Tag Sale

Kathy Hilton, forever our favorite Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality and a constant arbiter of style and humor, is inviting us all into her world with a Chairish Tag Sale launching September 23rd! True to Kathy form, it is not your average clear-out but a treasure hunt sprinkled with Hilton magic.

From her homes in Bel Air, New York, and Southampton come an irresistible array of finds: a vintage Waldorf Astoria letter box begging for pride of place in an Old Hollywood foyer, elegant furnishings with more stories than a Bravo reunion, and even whimsical holiday décor Kathy crafted herself. Each piece is touched with her signature blend of glamour and wit, and proceeds benefit causes close to her heart, including Camp Cocker Rescue and Yogi’s House.

Best of all, it is entirely online so there is no need to sweet-talk your way past the Bel Air gates to score a gem. Consider it the ultimate tag sale, part celebrity provenance, part stylish whimsy, and all the sparkle you would expect from Kathy. In short, it is shopping with a sense of humor, heart, and plenty of Hilton fabulousness. Mark your calendar!

Inside Tuckernuck’s New York Boutique

Not long ago, we were thrilled to share the exciting news that one of our favorite brands, Tuckernuck, had arrived in New York with a new boutique. Now, the beloved lifestyle label has truly made itself at home on the Upper East Side, unveiling its flagship at 1121 Madison Avenue, and we’re giving you a first look inside.

More than just a shop, Tuckernuck’s Madison Avenue address reimagines the idea of a retail experience. Created in collaboration with interior designer CeCe Barfield Thompson and architect Wendy Burns, the boutique unfolds like a beautifully layered townhouse, each room with its own purpose and personality. Think of it as stepping into an elegant friend’s home, one with enviable taste, impeccable tailoring, and the perfect hostess gift always at the ready.

Guests are welcomed through the Foyer, an entry that immediately transports you away from the bustle of Madison Avenue. The Front Parlor is the heart of the brand, featuring seasonal arrivals and chic staples for every occasion, from fall galas to charitable luncheons. In the Family Room, shoppers can linger while they try on shoes, peruse handbags, and accessories in a space designed to be lived in. For those on the hunt for the perfect present, the Scullery doubles as a gifting suite, a one-stop destination for chic hostess tokens. We’re particularly excited for this!

Tuckernuck Home shines in the Conservatory, inspired by one of the founders’ own dining rooms and offering not only tabletop treasures but also a space for private events. Rounding out the journey, the Boudoir holds the wardrobe essentials like cashmere, denim, and timeless staples.

With monogramming, concierge gifting, and a level of personalized service that feels refreshingly old school, Tuckernuck’s flagship blends retail and hospitality in a way that feels both elevated and inviting. In short, it is as polished and effortless as the brand itself, and just another reason we love calling it one of our favorites. And make sure to check out the fall Tuckernuck collection online!

This September, the international design calendar turns its gaze to London as Focus/25 on Design returns to Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, from September 15th to 19th. A Romantic Tennessee Horse Farm Revived by Todd Richesin

By Micah Hanvey

When it comes to creating “collected” interiors that tell a story, designer Todd Richesin is an expert. Enter Roseglass Farmhouse, a home he originally designed in the early 2000s and has recently refreshed, keeping the essence of the original design while updating it to make it feel more current. The property is a working horse farm that sits on over 400 acres of picturesque landscape in the foothills of East Tennessee. Its exterior displays a culmination of natural greenery and man-made accompaniments which include a large, outdoor, swimming pool and a patioed seating area from which to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Photography courtesy of Ben Finch.

Todd masterfully demonstrated his love for combining reclaimed materials and meaningful antiques with modern elements, thus bringing fresh life — with a respectful nod to the historical charm of the past — to this beautiful country farmhouse. The main foyer displays Gothic architectural elements, including the entry door, hardware, and panels that were salvaged from the restoration of the Church of England. The chandelier is by Barrovier and Tosso.

Just off the entrance is a dreamy library that one might envision from the pages of a classic literature novel. Taking center stage is a beautiful loveseat, upholstered in Tiger Velvet by Luigi Bevelaqua in Venice, surrounded by a unique mix of antique and contemporary design elements. There is also a balcony in this dazzling space where more bookshelves and paintings are on display.

The room exudes an eclectic blend of artistic vibrancy and intellectual pleasantry, ideal for conversation, tea, reading, or even a friendly game of chess. All in all, this room is perfect for creating memories with family and friends.

There are two dining areas in Roseglass Farmhouse. The elegant formal dining room features framed de Gournay panels and an antelope Stark rug. The antique rose colored windows were recovered from a Mas in Provence.

A casual dining room opens to the outdoor patio setting. Hexagonal ceramic tiles lend a rustic and grounded feel and flow seamlessly into the traditional kitchen.

The gourmet kitchen is a brilliant mix of old and new complete with classic white glass-front cabinets, a farmhouse sink, antique rug, Wolfe range. The refrigerator is concealed to resemble an antique armoire, and was made with antique parts including the columns, the pediment, and the hardware. The result is warm and inviting, collected and timeless.

The master bathroom presents a regal atmosphere with brass hardware and elegant touches. The love for floral patterns and nature again shines through the space ensconced in Brunschwig & Fils’ Bird and Thistle wallpaper. An antique gold mirror adds Gothic flare to this already spectacular bathroom design.

The guest bathroom provides a classic aesthetic as the gold trim and marble countertop complement the predominately white space. The subtle splash of color does well in making this room pop and providing warmth with a neutral colorway.

Four bedrooms grace the vast property, each one catering towards different personalities and design preferences. The primary bedroom presents a neutral colorway with muted floral and animal prints. Beautiful antiques juxtaposed against a blown glass pendant complete the serene space.

The second bedroom has a similar color scheme and features antiques, botanicals, and a smart plaid Stark carpet. It evokes the English countryside, transporting its guests into an Agatha Christie novel from the 1920’s.

The third bedroom, bathed in sunlight, features a sparkling sunburst mirror above the bed literally giving the appearance of setting the room ablaze. The carved wooden headboard, along with watercolor floral pillows, creates the effect of a river glowing as the sun rises in the background. A welcome wakeup call for any guest lucky enough to sleep in this room.

Last but certainly not least, the final bedroom represents every child’s dream as it is completely covered in shades of whites, reds, and pinks. The Cowtan and Tout toile is classic, yet whimsical, and as delightful as cotton candy clouds.

Movie night doesn’t get any better when one has such a beautiful home media room!

Powder room wallpaper is by Phillip Jeffries.

The exquisite landscaping was designed by Stephen W. Hackney.

Such an amazing home with each room as unique and personalized as the next! To learn more, please visit Todd Richesin Interiors and follow @toddrichesin on Instagram.

Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas, Amanda Lindroth for Chelsea House, and Barbour x Tuckernuck

Welcome to TGP Tidbits where we round up the happenings and our musings of the design industry each week. This week we take a look at the Barbour x Tuckernuck collection, Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas, and Amanda Lindroth for Chelsea House. Written by Natalie Aldridge.

Barbour x Tuckernuck

In a full-circle moment of fashion serendipity, Barbour, one of the very first brands carried by Tuckernuck, has returned for a collaboration that feels both inevitable and entirely fresh. The limited-edition capsule of eleven pieces beautifully marries Barbour’s timeless British heritage with Tuckernuck’s spirited sense of style.

Barbour x Tuckernuck

The collection reimagines Barbour’s most iconic silhouettes, including timeless waxed jackets, quilted coats, and cropped outerwear, through a lens of playful sophistication. The standout motif, a baroque floral drawn from late-19th-century French wallpaper, appears as both subtle linings and bold statements, bringing romance and refinement to functional classics.

To ensure every detail was steeped in story, the Tuckernuck founders traveled to Barbour’s South Shields headquarters, hand-selecting archival swatches and working closely with the design team. The result is both iconic and unexpected, with classic quilting, waxed finishes, and tailored cuts refreshed by surprising linings, playful prints, and thoughtful details that make each piece as stylish as it is storied.

It is practical yet polished, rooted in tradition yet undeniably modern. Designed to carry you from a country weekend to a city dinner, these are investment pieces destined to become enduring favorites. It is heritage with a twist, and we are certainly eyeing every piece for this autumn. Shop the full collection here!

Amanda Lindroth for Chelsea House

Amanda Lindroth, the island-chic visionary known for her Palm Beach and Bahamian interiors, has brought her signature breezy glamour to Chelsea House with her very first collection of home accessories, lighting, and furniture for the brand. Her debut line is a masterclass in effortless elegance, weaving together rattan, wicker, and bamboo with just the right dose of whimsy to make every piece feel like a carefully curated treasure.

One of the collection’s standout delights is the Potcake Wicker Dog, a hand-woven rattan sculpture complete with perky ears and a playfully curled tail. Named after the affectionate term Bahamians use for neighborhood rescue dogs, this charming figure brings both warmth and personality to any room, and it has quickly become a must-have muse for design lovers.

Beyond spirited sculptures, Lindroth’s collection envelops Chelsea House in that signature collected, unhurried, joyfully layered mood. It is not just about objects, it is about atmosphere. She describes it as “for anyone who dreams of a home that feels collected, unhurried, and joyfully …” and that sentiment could not be more perfect.

The overall aesthetic whispers of casual island living elevated. Think organic textures with chic styling, unexpected forms made gracious through fine craftsmanship, and a sense of gem-like discovery in each piece. It is a nod to Lindroth’s philosophy that beauty should feel both personal and timeless. Many of the designs from this collection have become her go-to staples, appearing time and again in her residential and hotel projects. They can even be spotted throughout The Dunlin, Auberge Resorts Collection, the exquisite marshfront property she recently completed on Kiawah River.

With this debut, Chelsea House and Amanda Lindroth invites us to embrace a world where interiors are both polished and playful, layered and light-filled, timeless and filled with joy. The collection can be shopped here now!
