Everything Phillip Thomas, founder and principal of Phillip Thomas, Inc., designs is perfection, and his family home on the Upper East Side is a shining example. For Thomas, it has always been the gathering place for the entire family to celebrate the season. From an annual brunch before the New York Ballet performance of the Nutcracker to the family Christmas dinner complete with cookie decorating, the home sparkles with the hustle and bustle of the season!
Phillip loves to go all out with his holiday decor and he selects a traditional theme year after year. Abundant candlelight, swags of greenery (a mix of faux and live to ensure it will last through the entire season), multiple trees with white twinkle lights, glittering collections of gold and silver ornaments and of course, a roaring fire all create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy.
