Sophistication is Overrated
Susan Palma and Babs Horner, better known as the Slageter Sisters, believe that serious sophistication is entirely overrated. Sue Sue and her decorating partner Muffin Lemak made these candy trees for the Dallas charity event, Kappa Tablescapes, one year. They were so well received that they have become an annual tradition for the Slageter Sisters, and instructions on how to make them are in the book.
Babs has also included recipes for her delicious Christmas cookies and holiday hors d’oeuvres, perfect for a Yuletide brunch.
