The Lilly Pulitzer for Target Look Book is Live!

With less than a month to launch, today Target unveiled a sneak peek at the Lilly Pulitzer for Target Look Book! The 250 piece resort-inspired collection features 15 vibrant patterns (created exclusively for Target), and there is a little something for everyone. Here are a few must haves to look out for:

Shimmering accessories: Start with one of the essential lace trimmed shift dresses, add espadrilles, and finish with a chic headscarf or Lilly printed bobby pins, and a sparkly bracelet.

Glam barware: Swizzle sticks in silver and gold, tinted champagne coupes, whimsical wine charms, and the chicest Collins glasses. Anyone for Mai Tais?

Inside Tiffany Jones’ Amazing Home Transformation

My dear friend Tiffany Jones of Tiffany Jones Interiors and her husband took their 1941 Georgian style home, located in the Preston Hollow neighborhood, down to the studs in 2010, and the transformation is nothing short of breathtaking. Tiffany sent me the before pictures along with a few in progress shots, and wow!!! Let’s take a look at them, but first we’ll start with the amazing after pictures…

The original pebble driveway remains… such a European touch!

Tiffany and her family lived in London for three years, and much of her furniture was found in the English countryside and at Paris flea markets.

The pink dining room wallpaper is Pali by Manuel Canovas.

You know I am obsessed with classic white marble kitchens with blue and white accents. Tiffany’s French kitchen chairs are upholstered in blue and white Kelly Werstler Trellis from Schumacher, and kitchen counters feature white Calcutta marble.

Grasscloth from Thibaut covers the family room. The ottoman is covered in a Cowtan & Tout upholstery.

Most of the art was purchased from galleries in Europe, including the John Martin Gallery in Mayfair.

All carpets and rugs are Stark.

The blue and beige fabric in the master bedroom is a Nancy Corzine pattern from London.

Carerra marrble and vintage inspired tile swaths the master bathroom.

If you look closely, you will see the fabulous Cole & Sons wallpaper in Tiffany’s daughter’s bathroom… It is the Hummingbird print in purple.

Now let’s take a look at some of the before pictures…

Isn’t this an amazing transformation? What is also pretty amazing is the speedy completion… The construction took about seven months, and if you include the initial architectural planning, the entire renovation was complete within just 10 months. Pretty impressive! It took us six months just to get permits to BEGIN construction on our home here in Florida!

The pictures below highlight the extensive renovations made to this home, which had been virtually untouched since it was built in the 1940s… The ceilings were raised, which required tearing out the existing interior walls and replacing many of them in their original location. Square footage was added to the back to allow for a larger kitchen and family room, and the garage was rebuilt. Everything was replaced… windows, electrical, plumbing, etc. and brought up to code. The original hardwoods were removed and restored, so the entire downstairs has the original flooring from 1941. The original fireplace in the living room remains, and fireplaces were added in the dining room and family room.
